Who We Are

AS HEIRS OF THE REFORMATION we confess the full authority of God’s inerrant Word, the Holy Scriptures, and the Biblical truths summarized in the Westminster Confession of Faith, the Larger Catechism and the Shorter Catechism, as modified and augmented by the Testimony of the RPCNA. We also acknowledge the Three Forms of Unity (Belgic Confession, Heidelberg Catechism, Canons of Dort) as Biblically faithful and useful summaries of the Christian faith.

WE PROCLAIM CHRIST as the only Redeemer of God’s elect and offer His salvation to all mankind, calling upon sinners to repent and believe in Him for forgiveness of sins and everlasting life. We confess Christ as Lord of all, and seek to bring ourselves, our lives, and our world into subjection to Him.

WE ADHERE TO THE REGULATIVE PRINCIPLE OF WORSHIP as embodied in the Second Commandment, viz., that we worship God as He commands in His Word, and in no other way (Shorter Catechism, QQ. 50,51; Heidelberg Catechism, Q. 96). We follow the Directory for the Public Worship of God agreed upon by the Assembly of Divines at Westminster, AD 1644, as our manual of worship. We encourage the use of The Psalter (1912) as our book of praise in private, family, social and public worship.

WE ADMINISTER THE SACRAMENT OF THE LORD’S SUPPER on the first Sabbath of January, April, July, and October, Lord willing, during Morning Worship. Holy Baptism is administered upon request.
